Clever Products That Make My Day
Lately I’ve had a little love affair with a bunch of products from the same company so I thought I’d do a quick post about the goods. It’s a local company, called CleverMade. Our first date was in the laundry room. You know what they say, you never know when you are going to meet “the one”. Laundry with a family of 5 is a full time job, so anything that makes it more civilized, gets my attention. These $19 laundry baskets are not only attractive but also functional. That’s like meeting a hot guy with a good personality. Why functional you say? They snap down flat and can be stored AWAY and out of sight when not in use. No more large plastic eye sores staring at you. They are substantial in size and will hold two large loads of laundry. Like, real human loads, not my-little-pony-dress-up loads. Our second date was at the beach. A cooler that doesn’t leak, snaps flat and has a strap for carrying, that is less than $30? This is my love language. Is this a YETI? Nope. And it’s not supposed to be. But it will serve the every day purpose of keeping your drinks and sandos cold without leaking all over your trunk. I love that I can leave one in my car without taking up space. Traveling with a family is expensive enough. Eating every meal in a restaurant is even more punitive. We took this on a recent trip with us so we could make sandwiches on the go. It was a real money saver. I am also linking the 30-can size which is slightly smaller and the one we have. Another video where I also appear to be applying for a job at QVC and then I kind of give up at the end. You get the idea.
Next up is the their snap down tote. Again, hot guy, good personality….. it’s super cute with the navy stripe and faux leather accents, but it also snaps flat for easy storage. I use one for groceries because it stores flat in my car, and another as a family bag when we are all on the go together. DUN. I think this was our third date and you know what they say about the third date….errrrrr….do they say that still? It’s been a minute. Ps. These are on sale today at Target for $20.
Air chairs. Now we are having fun together. Lookout. If you are like me and you see something inflatable, you think ‘air pump’, which then makes you think, ‘no thanks’. Not the case here. NO pump required and they store up in a small bag. We've used these camping, at the beach, around our own firepit and pool (NOT a flotation device) and even inside our house for movie night. Just give these a few ballerina spins and roll ‘em tight. Tip: It’s less about capturing air and more about rolling them tight. $30
Needless to say, I’m a fan of CleverMade products and an even bigger fan of their price points. What great gift ideas for just about anyone, anytime. They have many more products that I haven’t tried yet, but I look forward to it since our relationship has started out so well. Thank you CleverMade, you complete me.
