Pot Lid Holders are Clutch in the Organization Game

It’s not a shock that I saw something very different in these pot lid holders when I was cruising the kitchen aisle of target last month. Things do not come easily for me in the kitchen. Some people have visions of beef stroganoff…. I see handbags. It was Marie Kondo season and I needed something for my small purses and clutches. I wish I could “showcase” my purses like Heather Dubrow from Housewivse of Orange County. One, I don’t have the space for bedazzled glass cases with rotating shelves. And two, I definitely do NOT have the purse collection that would warrant such a showing. But I do have about dozen small clutches that needed to go somewhere I could see them, but also, not in a big pile on my counter.

I had seen people use file dividers, but all the ones I found were not big enough to fit a small purse in the slots or they just looked really junkie. While this will not end up on cover of vogue magazine, these are white (which matched my cabinets), clean looking and have the perfect size slots for all my small purses. The perfect pot holders turned purse holders for $10 a pop.

Each holder has six slots, so I bought two and and put them side my side.

If I’m feeling really wild, I may even try one of these in my kitchen for their intended use. Maybe not. Regardless, I’m happy with another clutch find from Target :)
